Once Bauzooka received product from user as per return policy .Bauzooka will inspect it and notify user that Bauzooka have received the product which was returned along with date Bauzooka received.
We initiate Refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our end. In other cases, we initiate the Refund after the returned product is delivered to the seller. In this case, we keep you informed of the timelines. Refund will be made directly to user wallet within 2 to 3 days.
In case of any clarification or If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your banks customer care number to know the status of the transaction.
1. Refund may get declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order and ID, original packing or proof of purchase is missing on the product.
2. In case we receive a cancellation notice has been processed or not /approved by as we shall cancel the order refund the entire amount .We will not be able to cancel order that have already been processed and shipped out by us and delivered to user.

Incorrect or incomplete information regarding user address ( pin code, street number or any landmark) the product will be cancel order.
In case of wrong ( product, price or specification)mentioned on bauzooka.com the product will be cancelled order.
If product runs out of stock in very exceptional cases, with the vendor the product ordered will be cancelled
If the area in which user/customer is residing is not served by us or made out of delivery area by our logistic courier partner even after placing the order such order will be cancelled.
