Bauzooka – Return & Refund Policy
At Bauzooka.com, we strive our best to make ensure that a customer is completely satisfied with our products and services. Accordingly, our team facilitates processing correct orders and makes sure to service the products in the right conditions, without any damage every time a consumer places an order. But still situation may arise for you to return the product and demand a refund against the same. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Product(s) delivered do not match the order as described;
Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal);
Received a defective item.
In other cases, in case of any special request/concern in this regard, the decision as to refund by the Bauzooka management will be final and binding. You can write to us at [email protected]uzooka.com with proper details and supporting documents. Management may decide on the request received, after taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case.
Though we strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery. If the product that you have received seems to be damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.
How to request a Refund:
In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we\’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care from your registered account panel within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. Bauzooka reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to Bauzooka team after 7 days of delivery. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
Procedure on Refund request:
Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Bauzooka customer care team will verify the genuineness and the nature of the request made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint. Once the claim is verified as authentic and reasonable, Bauzooka will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Bauzooka shall process the refund only once Bauzooka.com team has satisfied in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.
1- The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
2 – Once we have received your returned item we will issue a refund to the payment method which you have furnished to pay for the order.
3 – Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank\’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
4 – Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to customer bank account.
The returns are subject to the following conditions:-
1 – Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
2 – Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
3 – Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer\’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
4 – Partially used / consumed products do not qualify for Return, only fully unused / unopened products can be returned.
In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Bauzooka reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Bauzooka in this regard.
Bauzooka reserves the right to refuse returns for certain products/Medicines. But if you feel we have made an error in filling the prescription, please email us with details of the error. We will request special authorization for a return of the prescription.
Category of Non-Returnable Product:
Certain categories of products marked as non- returnable on product page, will not qualify for the Return as per Bauzooka Return policy. Due to reasons of health, safety and fair use, the following products cannot be returned once purchased:

Also Bauzooka.com reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as \”Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.\”
Cancellation Policy :
After placing the order, you would like to cancel it, you can do so by signing in to your account at www.Bauzooka.com in the order history section of the website.
Once the order has been approved by our team, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] (10AM – 6PM customer support from Mon-Sat) for cancellation requests.
If the cancellation request is received prior to the order being shipped, a complete refund will be made. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process outlined in the returns section will be applicable.
